As our Production Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Good Squish. Responsibilities

Logistics:

• Oversee the entire production process, ensuring smooth operations from planning and sourcing to manufacturing and delivery.
• Manage fabric sourcing and inventory levels, adhering to quality and ethical standards.
• Cultivate strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors, negotiating terms to balance cost-efficiency and quality.
• Implement meticulous tracking of materials and finished products.
• Uphold and refine quality control processes to guarantee top-notch products.

Team:

• Lead and collaborate with a dynamic team, fostering an environment of mutual respect and ambition.
• Work closely with senior management to align production goals with broader business objectives.

Technology & Innovation:

• Embrace and enhance systems and processes to achieve brand goals efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and attainment of targets.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Production Manager within the fashion industry.
• Deep understanding of the fashion production cycle and market trends.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, project management tools, and ERP systems, e.g., Zedonk.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and effectiveness in supplier/manufacturer collaborations.
• Strong leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Commitment to sustainability and ethical production practices.
