As the Recruitment Assistant, you’ll be the go-to for all things recruitment related. This role plays a critical part in JADED’s long-term success and ambitious growth plans. 

This is a hands-on role that will need some flexibility and someone excited by the prospect of working for a small but rapidly growing company.  You’ll be happy to roll up your sleeves and complete all tasks necessary to help recruit the right candidate.  This is an office-based role​​​​​​.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process using the company Jobs page (workable), Fashion Workie and LinkedIn
  • Approaching candidates directly
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies where necessary

Day to Day role:

  • Write, edit and post engaging job adverts on numerous spectrums of advertising pages;
  • Identify suitable candidates and hold effective phone interviews to understand candidates motivations, career aspirations and experience;
  • Arrange and coordinate a high volume of interviews, including room bookings when needed;
  • Attend interviews and feedback sessions with Line Manager;
  • Report on hiring metrics and applicant data;
  • Work with the People & Talent Manager (HR) to issue contracts;
  • Support with onboarding of new employees with HR;
  • Work with Senior Management Team to ensure the attraction and recruitment of talent is in line with our Company strategy; and
  • Assist with ongoing projects/support the Office Manager/PA with duties as and when required.

What you need:

  • 1year's minimum experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • App/IT savvy
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills (diary management/liaison with Line Managers)
  • Flexible work approach, accuracy with great attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines with the ability to manage multiple recruitment roles.


  • Experience in the fashion industry would be desirable
