About: Charlie Brear is a contemporary bridal label. Our collections are stocked in over 50 boutiques internationally and attract a cult following from spirited modern brides who want their wedding dress to be as unique as they are.

The Charlie Brear Flagship Studio, in central London are looking for a full/part-time (dependant on experience), Retail Coordinator to ensure the day to day running of the studio.

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will ensure a high level of client service is maintained, sales targets are consistently met and be responiable for coordinating any studio/sales events.

General duties will include:

  • Coordinating the general day to day running of the studio in an ordered, tidy and professional manner.
  • Personal styling/selling products via one to one, private appointments to clients, that includes all follow up correspondence and general enquiries answered.
  • Ensuring a correct paper trail of purchases made from point of sale, through to sign off.
  • Maintaining and updating the Appointments schedule daily and all customer databases.
  • Managing general maintenance to products including spot cleaning/drycleaning/minor damages.
  • Managing general maintenance of the studio and building, arranging necessary repairs, checks etc. as required. 
  • Working with the MD to ensure a high level of client service is maintained and sales targets are consistently met.
  • Supporting staff, across departments, to ensure the smooth and effective running of the company.
  • Working with clients and suppliers with utmost courtesy and professionalism. This includes, but is not limited to; answering of phone/door in a courteous manner, answering telephone queires and/or transfering to correct department; answering client emails and ensuring a high level of client service via the enquiries account.

Skills / Experience

An understanding of alterations, basic garment construction/ garment care and fabric knowledge is preferred, although not essential.
