Palome is looking for a full-time Returns & Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join the team in Derby.

Key Responsibilities of the Returns & Warehouse Operations Coordinator:

• Oversee the training and day-to-day guidance of our third-party warehouse team, ensuring all returned products are assessed and processed to Palome's quality standards, including cleaning, steaming, repackaging and preparation for resale.
• Manage return-related system operations and resolve exceptions, including unclaimed returns, pending return confirmations and discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Act as the primary point of contact between Palome and our third-party fulfilment partner, coordinating the resolution of operational issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication.
• Handle time-sensitive operational requests, including VIP order fulfilment, outbound shipment exceptions and other warehouse-related escalations.
• Monitor the quality and efficiency of returns processing, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, accuracy and customer experience.
• Work closely with the Customer Experience and Operations teams to ensure all warehouse activities align with Palome's service standards and operational objectives.

What Palome is looking for:

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in luxury goods and/or premium garments.
• Willing to live within a commutable distance of Derby, UK.
