Purpose of the role:

To be a reliable and fundamental person within the sales team to ensure the highest standard of delivery & allocations through building strong relationships with partners based on customer service & satisfaction. 

Responsibilities / dutes:

  • Oversee deliveries to clients, and be point person between sales, internal distribution/logistics & external clients/agencies including invoicing, managing returns and delivery planning.
  • Manage all allocations, and planning of allocations and shipping for all wholesale clients and workshops.
  • Support all sales data from selling campaign into internal Zedonk system.
  • Ensure comprehensive and up to date database of contacts on Zedonk.
  • Participate in organisation & execution of potential out of season events (eg, for client training, sample sales or other events for revenue growth).
  • Ensure comprehensive and up to date database of contacts and oversee the customer logistics information manual.
  • Client facing communications to resolve problems and respond to enquiries regarding shipping, deliveries and returns.
  • Responsible for day to day and general administration of the sales department including running of daily/weekly reports for shipping progress. 
  • Manage all swaps, returns/RTV’s, raise credit notes as goods are returned.
  • Assist on overall management of left over stock sample sales, and off price sales.
  • Manage damage stock enquiries, and find solutions for fault items. Work with production and QC team to result product issues, and help customers with enquiries.
  • Work with warehouse and production teams obtain all customs paperwork and documents necessary for international shipping.
  • Assist finance team/accounts receivable with invoice enquiries and credit notes from customers.

Skills / Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in wholesale environment, inside a luxury fashion brand.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • Impactful communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Systems knowledge (as400, Zedonk or similar)
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Language skills preferred
