Our client is an established menswear supplier who are a small team and are seeking new team member to support the sales.  They provide a high level of customer service and have a friendly and professional team working with them at their head office.  You will be responsible for supporting Independent Retails and Sales Reps and be involved in the sales chain from organising and packing sales samples to attending exhibitions.  This is an amazing opportunity for someone with excellent attention to detail who wants to make the job their own.

The Role:

  • Supporting Independent Retails and Sales Reps
  • Entering sales orders into CRM
  • Despatching orders for our external 3PL warehouse to despatch.
  • Speaking with retail stockists on the phone and via email.
  • Keeping our showrooms up to date for occasional meetings with customers – attending meeting
  • Processing both forward orders and in-season sales.
  • Liaising internally with Office, Sales and Warehouse teams.
  • Share sales records and reports with the sales team as routine
  • Liaising with warehouse regards the orders and deliveries.
  • Supply EAN codes to customers where needed.
  • Deal with daily correspondence, organise meetings and provide client information to the sales team when required.
  • Processing documentation for the orders including sending order templates, checking purchase orders received, entering sales orders.
  • Creating paperwork for shipping where necessary.
  • Being involved in meetings as necessary, taking notes of what product the customer requires.
  • Managing critical paths and delivery schedules.
  • Overseeing our website and B2C customer enquiries
  • Providing any customs documents to our 3PL warehouse.
  • Making sure website is maintained / stock is displaying correctly / images are updated (Shopify website)
  • Liaise with our photographer to make sure all images are pictured
  • Ensure high level of customer service is maintained
  • Any other duties as required

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience within a fashion or manufacturing company
  • Organised with attention to detail and flexibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure & in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal skills and a flair for great service and leading by example
  • Strong skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel software
