About: Fernando Jorge is Brazilian-born fine jewellery designer widely considered to be amongst the brightest emerging talents in the jewellery and fashion worlds alike.

Fernando worked for almost ten years in key design roles for various Brazilian jewellery labels before moving to London for an MA in Jewellery Design at Central Saint Martins. His first eponymous collection, launched in 2010, was received with critical acclaim and the designer subsequently established his brand in the UK.

Fernando’s pieces are imbued with sensuality, energy and movement - his aesthetic is inherently Brazilian. He often uses locally sourced gemstones and minerals, giving them his signature finish, including unique cuts and the use of delicate gold snake chain. The result has a distinctly sculptural feel that is both elegant and modern.

Fernando Jorge Ltd is looking for an organised and experienced Sales and PR Coordinator to join its growing business full-time in the London studio.  Working alongside Fernando and his global team, the successful applicant will work across all sales channels by providing first-class administrative and operational support. This is an opportunity to have an impact within a small, but growing team and to join the company at a very exciting time in its growth.

Main Duties:

  • Provide admin support to our global sales team (order confirmations, direct client presentations, stock allocation, line sheets, etc.)
  • The first point of contact for direct sales enquires via website/Instagram/phone.
  • Being the main point of contact for our external PR team, organising loans, returns, etc.
  • Help set up the studio for client meetings.
  • Co-ordinate packaging (boxes and pouches) – update control sheet.   
  • Sales reporting.
  • Price analysis.

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Jewellery/luxury or similar background
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • A born organiser
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint particularly)
  • Motivated, detail-oriented and reliable
  • A positive, calm, and can-do attitude
  • Professional and confident manner

Desired Skills / Experience:

  • Knowledge of JewelMaster
  • Knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign and Apple
