A fantastic opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join a reputable Homeware supply chain company. The company are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and self-motivated person.  The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role in a B2B and sales environment.

The Role:

  • You will report to the Sales Operations Manager.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve all service levels.
  • Responsible for managing your own U.K customer base.
  • Building successful relationships with all your clients.
  • Answering queries and giving customers product information.
  • Processing orders on a daily basis in an efficient and time effective manner.
  • Ensuring all customer orders are processed correctly.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process once an order has been received.
  • Ensure consistent customer service.
  • Advising the customer on the best delivery date at receipt of order.
  • You will be targeted on items dispatched and working to deadlines.
  • Liaising with all departments involved in the order process.
  • Develop positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Supporting the Operations manager and covering in her absence.
  • Other duties as required.


  • 2 years' minimum experience within a similar role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ideally have strong IT skills including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
  • Be self-motivated.


  • Knowledge of Sage is desirable.
