In line with the company’s current and future growth plans we have the opportunity for a dynamic and focused person to join our fast-paced team, in a rapidly growing global cosmetic company.  Reporting to the Account Manager the Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Account Manager with key accounts in both Domestic and Global markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for key administration tasks for Ciaté London, as well as supporting new business set up for identified territories. You will be working closely with a dynamic sales team to enhance and ensure the efficiency of the account management operations.  

Purpose of the role:

To support the Account Manager in the day to day running of key accounts. To enhance the speed and efficiency of account specific tasks which will support sustainable growth year on year. To oversee and manage various online accounts, ensuring that the platforms are always up to date, on brand and productive. To support new business set up and all administrative duties.

Key job accountabilities:

  • Ensuring all accounts are set up each season with the data needed for new product launches
  • Responding to information requests from accounts
  • Analyzing data to highlight sales trends and create weekly reports
  • Supporting the Account Manager to set up new global accounts
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure all accounts have the latest information and imagery required
  • Assist the Account Manager in receiving and fulfilling purchase orders
  • Ensure excellent service level to accounts consistently
  • Assist with ranging and planograms for retailers
  • Capacity to analyze large volumes of data and use your interpretation of the numbers to create a positive outcome
  • Expert knowledge of the beauty industry, competitors and trends
  • Being an expert on the store operations and activities of the customers you manage

Essential skills required:

  • 1 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong Microsoft knowledge (excel/PowerPoint/word)
  • Highly numerate – strong analytical skills
  • Experience in FMCG or retail sectors would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of the fashion and or beauty industry
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong Communication skills – written and verbal
  • Highly organised with prioritisation skills

Qualifications required:

  • Degree preferred
