The Sample & Asset Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the efficient movement of products through the e-commerce studio process from sample handover to asset output, from sample handover to asset output.
This position ensures that product samples are tracked, prioritised, and managed through photography, retouching, and uploading phases.
Acting as a central point of communication between studio, retouch, and buying teams, the Sample & Asset Coordinator is responsible for maintaining daily workflow, addressing delays, and ensuring products go live within agreed timeframes.
