We are seeking a dynamic Sample & Production Assistant to play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the creative studio and production function, ensuring all shoots, across e-commerce, campaign, and still life, are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a premium standard.

Working across both studio and on-set environments, the role combines sample management, shoot logistics, and hands-on production support, ensuring the creative team is fully prepared and operationally supported at all times.

Responsibilities of the Sample & Production Assistant

General:

• Organise, track, and maintain all samples, including steaming, tagging, logging, and returns
• Maintain a clean, organised in-house sample wardrobe
• Oversee the movement of samples in and out of the studio, ensuring availability for all shoots
• Maintain and update seasonal sample trackers, ensuring accurate status and location tracking
• Collate and prepare samples for e-commerce, campaign, still life, and styling requirements
• Build and organise sample rails for upcoming shoots and pack shots
• Coordinate sample intake from Design and ensure timely logging and tracking
• Liaise cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, and Social teams on sample requirements
• Track delivery timelines and flag missing or delayed samples proactively
• Manage courier bookings and logistics for samples, equipment, and production materials
• Ensure all samples are returned, sent for cleaning, and restored post-shoot
• Order samples when requested
• Ensure studio spaces remain clean, organised, and shoot-ready at all times
• Contribute to improving studio processes with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Shoot Preparation & Production Coordination:

• Support shoot planning, scheduling, and preparation alongside the Creative Operations Manager and Photography and Videography teams
• Prepare and distribute call sheets and assist in building shoot schedules
• Book travel and accommodation for models, stylists, and crew
• Source and manage shoot catering and on-set requirements
• Assist with cost tracking and budget awareness for production spend
• Order props, equipment, and additional production materials as required

On-Set Support:

• Provide hands-on support during shoots, acting as a key on-set runner
• Assist with styling, garment prep, and general shoot execution
• Support model preparation and coordinate with hair & makeup teams
• Ensure all products are presented to a premium standard
• Manage loading/unloading of equipment and samples for location shoots
• Maintain organisation and efficiency throughout shoot days
