Sitting in the Digital Marketing team, reporting into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage the SEM strategy for UO EU. You will be responsible for developing and implementing on-page optimizations as well as managing our PPC agency, to increase rankings, drive Demand and acquire New Customers through Search.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own, manage and develop the SEM strategy in collaboration with Senior Digital Marketing Manager for UO EU sites (predominately UK, FR & DE).
  • Create and own the Master SEO doc. Tracking all relevant information for the sites (Page Titles, URL’s Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions, SEO copy) Optimising regularly to stay ahead of trends, seasons etc.
  • Maintain and devise a clear reporting structure for the business on all things Search
  • Champion a data-driven approach to SEM, using numbers to influence decision making and strategy .
  • Work closely with the NA SEO team to identify on-page optimizations, work with Web Production and Creative Marketing team to implement these suggestions, whilst reporting back on the impact.
  • Work closely with the Buying teams to understand key trends and products for the season and ensure these are optimized ahead of time. Feed back to the Digital Marketing team for holistic Digital support.
  • Manage and develop the Paid Search strategy. Working closely with our agency to elevate the channel internally. Moving away from historical ROI KPI’s and developing a more sophisticated strategy focusing on LTV, New Customers and Margin growth.
  • Develop and conduct SEM training for the wider business.
  • Liaise with PR to ensure press coverage is leveraged across online marketing channels.

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with many teams including peers in the NA office.
  • Collaborator, able to digest and implement global strategies in the European market.
