Where does this role fit within Ted's Team?

We’re looking for a Senior eCommerce Production Coordinator with exceptional talent to join our digital trade team in Central London. Reporting into the eCommerce Production Manager and working alongside trade, content and the wider Customer team, you’ll be responsible for managing product lifecycle and online merchandising across our sites.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the publication and online merchandising of all products online, including maintenance of all facets, filters and categories.
  • Review New Arrivals daily after publishing, checking image ordering, seasonal appropriate styling and category merchandising.
  • Manage category lifecycle including temporary and permanent redirects, working closely with content to support category launches and proposing solutions where appropriate.
  • Own curated categories, managing product selection and visual merchandising. Ensure these pages are visually appealing to the customer whilst still working closely with trade to establish key commercial focuses for each category.
  • Manage the set up, maintenance and testing of promotional categories, including badges, bulk product uploads and promotional codes.
  • Accountable for PIM, ensuring best practise is followed in maintenance and archiving.
  • Compile data and lessons learnt from the previous season and propose suggestions for upcoming seasons to share with trade, merchandising, buying and styling.
  • Oversee the weekly search report process, supporting junior team members with insights and action points where required. Maintain visibility of internal redirects to ensure customer experience is not compromised.
  • Continually review internal processes to ensure workflow is smooth and productive, including the daily product publishing process, merchandising requests, imagery QA and trade log, implementing SLAs and troubleshooting recurring issues.
  • Support with the implementation and analysis of online visual merchandising testing. Propose new ideas for potential test areas.
  • Manage the product bug fix process, troubleshooting internally before raising support tickets and liaising with support teams.
  • Site walk PLPs and PDPs daily across territories to ensure all product is displayed as expected and identifying improvement opportunities. Demonstrate a customer led mindset and mobile first approach when reviewing the site.
  • Manage junior members of the production team and lead by example, demonstrating best practise across all areas.

Must haves:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, keeping a cool head when managing multiple projects.
  • Able to use information from multiple sources to make decisions.
  • Highly organised and process-driven.
  • Good and clear communicator at all levels, with the ability to tailor communication depending on the audience.
  • Building effective working relationships across the business.
  • Positive outlook and proactive approach to problem solving, with examples of using initiative.
  • Understanding commercial and customer outcomes from decision-making.
  • Considerate of role modelling positive behaviours to junior members of staff.
  • Competent with Excel, able to do intermediate actions (vlookups, pivot tables).
  • Experience with product management systems (Hybris, ECMC, Venda etc) or merchandising tools (FredHopper, Attraqt, Solar etc).
  • Experience in an eCommerce business, preferentially fashion eCommerce.
