We are in search of a hard-working and driven individual with at least 1 year's similar role experience in order to immerse themselves in the influencer world with a focus on fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

Providing support for the entire digital division, you will help the agency to meet all deliverables. Your main focus will be supporting the influencer team to help drive the agency’s social media and PR strategy. You will be promoting brand awareness, engagement and sales for all agency clients whilst getting the opportunity to work on a range of digital influencer and pr initiatives to further learn and enhance your skills.

Highly creative, you will have a great interest in all things digital, constantly keeping on the pulse in terms of the latest innovation and ways of connecting with different audiences. You will be a quick thinker, very organised and an excellent copy-writer.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Support line manager to implement the day-to-day influencer PR strategy for clients, including pre-activity planning and post-activity reporting
  • Responsible for managing clients’ product in order to fulfil all requests, send-outs and mailers for key influencers and VIP.
  • Support the wider team in planning and executing influencer events (virtual and in-person) and digital activations.
  • Collating and mounting all influencer coverage across the agency’s clients.
  • Managing client KPI sheets
  • Support on posting and community management for the agency’s social channels (Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and Pinterest)
  • Instil confidence in clients with a warm and friendly tone across email comms and weekly calls
  • Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Continually identify new KOL  talent to increase brand placements
  • Maintain and update agency contact database

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's similar role experience
  • An ideas person
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure with constantly evolving priorities.
  • Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
  • Highly proficient across all key social platforms
  • Confident communicator, ability to build relationships and inspire confidence both internally/externally.
  • Proactive and confident team player
  • A strong multi-tasker and excellent time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of key opinion leaders in fashion, travel, beauty and lifestyle
  • Strong competitor awareness
  • Strong copywriting skills

Beneficial:

  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Photoshop is preferred
  • Experience in social media management tools is desired
