Bagista seeks a Senior Photographer & Videographer to lead Bagista’s visual identity across all platforms.  From e-commerce and campaign photography to cinematic brand videos and social content, the Senior Photographer & Videographer will work closely with the creative director and marketing team to create luxury-level visuals, playing a pivotal role in crafting imagery and video that capture the essence of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all in-house photography and videography for e-commerce, campaigns, and social media.
• Conceptualise, plan, and execute creative shoots aligned with Bagista’s brand vision.
• Direct models, stylists, and lighting setups for both studio and location shoots.
• Film, edit, and produce engaging video content for social media, ads, and digital campaigns.
• Retouch and colour-grade photos and videos to maintain a consistent luxury aesthetic.
• Manage studio workflows, equipment, and post-production timelines.
• Collaborate with the social media team to create trend-led, high-performing content.

About You:

• At least 5 years' professional photography and videography experience
• An expert user of Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Skilled in lighting, composition, directing talent, and storytelling through motion.
• Strong creative eye for luxury aesthetics and brand cohesion.
• Proven ability to deliver both polished campaign work and fast-paced social content.
• Passionate, proactive, and comfortable taking full creative ownership.
