What does a role as a Senior Wholesale Admin Assistant look like at OFFICE?

  • Inputting wholesale orders onto retail systems for both Office suppliers and customers
  • Raising of invoices for customers
  • Dealing with issues arising with orders both internally and externally
  • Management of customer orders and order confirmations
  • Inputting order details accurately onto critical path & range planner & maintaining / monitoring these trackers
  • Managing all labelling and packaging requirements for both Office suppliers and customers, including creation of customer labels, ordering from suppliers & updating customer “best practice” manuals as necessary
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding packaging violations
  • Dealing with warehouse issues and monitoring expected deliveries
  • Liaising with logistics and warehouse teams and forwarders to organise deliveries to Office and onto customers
  • Using customers online portals to make bookings & submit all required delivery information
  • Processing samples received (fits, development, shoots/meetings) for labelling, photographing, logging, filing and sending out as necessary
  • Participating in fit meetings, writing up fit reports, communicating with suppliers and updating critical path
  • Gathering all relevant reports and information requested by Wholesale Manager
  • Receiving and sending post
  • General administrative duties including filing & organisation of the department
  • Proactively dealing with department queries both internally and externally
