Fashion Personnel has a great role for a very trend-led, experienced denim designer, interested in designing for the casual wovens category.

Based in a super studio and with the stability of a solid set-up, you will be working closely with the head of department and wider design team.  As a senior designer in the division, you will be responsible for designing women's multi-product denim and casual wovens showroom ranges and will be able to design for your customers' high-fashion accounts, including leading European accounts.

This role offers 1 hybrid working day per week upon completion of a probation period.

What the Senior Denim & Casuals Designer will do:

• Researching the market and carrying out careful analysis to have a strong understanding of the most up-to-date trends
• Remaining aware of and implementing direction and innovation across fabric/ washes/ shape
• Creating on-trend, forward-thinking, yet commercial designs in response to briefs; producing accurate and detailed CADs to present to buyers and technical packs for product development
• Presenting a range to customers in a confident manner
• Communicating effectively with team members in the UK and Asia
• Overseeing the development of sampling, ensuring deadlines are met.
