Oldstrom Agency is looking for a motivated, personable Showroom Assistant to join our team in London immediately.  This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that puts you right at the heart of the fashion industry — ideal for someone eager to learn and ready to get stuck in from day one.

What the Showroom Assistant will be doing:

  • Providing a confident, polished front-of-house presence for clients and buyers visiting the showroom
  • Steaming, pressing and preparing garments to showroom standard
  • Packing, organising and dispatching samples efficiently
  • Hosting clients with warmth — from making great coffee to creating a welcoming environment
  • Supporting the team with admin tasks, including email correspondence and updating spreadsheets
  • Potential to get involved with social media content — capturing behind-the-scenes moments and supporting our online presence

What Oldstrom is looking for:

  • A self-starter who takes initiative and thinks on their feet
  • Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients and buyers directly
  • Professional, positive and adaptable — no task is too big or too small
  • Basic admin skills with working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
  • Any experience or interest in social media is a plus
