This is an exciting opportunity to lead the daily operations of our Chelsea showroom, providing an exceptional experience for our clients while ensuring seamless management behind the scenes.

Tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, creating a luxurious and welcoming environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients through proactive outreach and exceptional service.
• Curate and manage visual merchandising to reflect the brand’s aesthetic and seasonal collections.
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media coordination and event planning.
• Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management, appointment scheduling, and database upkeep.
• Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth client interactions and showroom efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience in showroom management, client relations, and visual merchandising within the luxury sector, with a deep understanding of high-end client service.
• Exceptional written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
• A proactive, professional, and highly organised approach to work.
• A keen eye for detail and an understanding of high-fashion presentation.
• Understanding of garment construction and basic fabric knowledge.
