HARDWARE is looking for a passionate, creative, and highly organised Social Media Assistant with strong graphic design and excellent video editing skills.

We are looking for a proactive videographer/content creator to capture behind-the-scenes content and edit engaging, high-impact videos for Instagram and TikTok. This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-led environment and has a sharp eye for creating bold, trend-aware digital content aligned with the Hardware aesthetic.

The Social Media Assistant will work closely with the Creative Director, supporting daily content creation and the development of upcoming collections. As Hardware is now fully focused on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), content must be engaging, aspirational, conversion-driven, and culturally relevant.

Key Responsibilities of the Social Media Assistant:

• Edit high-quality social media content with fast turnaround for TikTok and Instagram
• Capture behind-the-scenes content during shoots, fittings, events, and day-to-day brand activity
• Assist on shoots to create and deliver real-time social content
• Confidently edit both short-form and long-form video content using iMovie and Adobe Creative Suite
• Design digital assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Assist with social media strategy, planning, scheduling, and trend research
• Help maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms

What HARDWARE is looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years’ industry experience in social media, content creation, or fashion marketing
• Strong understanding of Hardware LDN’s audience, aesthetic, and brand identity
• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills
• Excellent video editing skills
• Experience using Klaviyo
• Strong understanding of social media strategy and trend-driven content
• Experience supporting email campaigns and digital marketing
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Passionate about fashion, digital culture, and brand storytelling
