We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Assistant to join the REPRESENT US team in West Hollywood.

The successful applicant will be responsible for posting across all social channels, engaging with the REP community and collaborating with departments across the business on brand activations.

What the Social Media Assistant will be doing:

• Monthly analytical reporting across all social channels & campaigns
• Weekly social posting plan across both the Represent and 247 channels (this includes all forms of campaign imagery and video)
• Feeding in creative briefs to the graphics team for social
• Working alongside the Creative Director to understand themes and storytelling, which can then be delivered into creative rollouts
• Collaborating with the Wholesale and events team to make sure brand activations are highlighted on social when possible
• Managing community broadcast channels across Represent & 247
• Scheduling/posting for both 247, Represent and Represent Woman accounts across all channels; Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube community
• Monitoring/replying to comments & DM’s after posting to help increase brand engagement within the community
• Keep on top of the launch calendar and communicate any future upcoming creatives to the wider team
• Working closely with the paid social team to provide content when needed
• Attend weekly content meetings to make sure all teams are aligned with what is needed as output for the week ahead
• Cutting up clips into short-form content to utilise across YouTube Shorts and TikTok
• Learning the brand tone of voice and aesthetic for social across each channel
• Gathering BTS content from shoots
• Due to the nature of social media, some flexibility outside of core hours will be required to support content publishing at optimal times
