Tocu Health is looking for a creative, trend-aware content creator who lives on social, has a strong eye, and wants real ownership of a growing brand’s voice to help the brand grow its TikTok and Instagram.

In this hands-on role, the successful applicant will work directly with the founder to plan, film, edit and post content that stops the scroll, builds community and drives sales.

What the Content Creator will do:

• Plan and create a regular flow of short-form video and static content for TikTok and Instagram (Reels, Stories, carousels and posts)
• Film and edit content yourself, including product shots, talking-to-camera videos, trends and behind-the-scenes clips
• Write punchy captions, hooks and on-screen text in the Tocu tone: confident, clever and never preachy
• Spot trends early and adapt them quickly to fit the brand
• Keep content consistent with our visual identity
• Engage with our community through comments, DMs and creator collaborations
• Track performance and use what’s working to shape the next round of content
• Make sure all copy follows our brand and cosmetic advertising guidelines

What Tocu Health is looking for…

Required:

• Proven experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram, either for a brand or your own channels
• Confident filming and editing on mobile using CapCut or similar apps
• A strong eye for aesthetics and design
• Sharp, witty writing skills
• A good understanding of what makes content perform: hooks, pacing, trends and audio
• Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
• An interest in wellness, beauty or lifestyle brands

Beneficial:

• Experience in beauty, wellness or fashion
• Comfortable appearing on camera
• Experience with UGC, influencer or creator partnerships
• Familiarity with Canva
