As part of the Government-backed Kickstart Scheme, we are looking to hire a marketing and Social Media / Marketing Assistant who is a good writer and storyteller who understands the power and influence of marketing.   We need someone with initiative who can come on board for 25 hours per week to really drive the marketing/copy/social media by themselves.

The role:​​

  • Help with running and executing marketing across all social media platforms (primarily Instagram/Facebook) including uploading images, some copywriting and reporting on analytics. 
  • Support the marketing manager with day-to-day responsibilities. 
  • Increase brand awareness, social engagement and traffic to our website.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports to help us shape ongoing plans.
  • Ensure all social media content meets regulatory standards and is in line with our brand tone of voice.

Requirements:​

  • Aged 16-24 and receiving Universal Credit
  • Creative minded with a strong interest in fashion
  • A high standard of copywriting, proofreading and editing skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Photoshop
  • Excellent administrative, time management and organisation skills
