A leading fashion concierge and personal shopping company requires a full-time Social Media / Marketing & Sales Administrator.

This is a very exciting job opportunity, working closely with celebrities and high-net-worth individuals and liaising with some of the most prestigious luxury fashion brands and retailers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Updating all Social Media outlets
• Creating Social Media engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Creating new promotions to build a follower and client base
• Producing fashion marketing newsletters
• Updating integral database
• Producing marketing reports
• Expanding client base overseas
• Liaise with brands/designers and corporate partners
• Planning and implementation of new marketing initiatives
• Acquire new customers via social media networking
• Participation in photoshoots at stores and designer outlets
• Additional duties may involve assisting with high-level concierge tasks
• Some weekends will be required to work on a rota basis

Requirements:

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong knowledge of Social Media and Fashion
• Be proficient in Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other SM platforms
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good knowledge of photo and video editing software and other leading image-editing tools
• Good knowledge and understanding of online shopping, including PayPal, eBay, Amazon and general online purchasing and sourcing
• Good knowledge of business correspondence & business ethics
• Ability to be flexible during evenings and weekends
• A team player with strong organisational skills
• High levels of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
• Available and willing to travel for business trips on short notice
• A positive approach to the workplace while maintaining professional conduct
• Permission to work in the UK
