The Gloss is looking for an energetic, charismatic Social Media Production Assistant to join our team on-location in central London on a freelance basis.
If you love fashion, beauty, and social media trends—and you’re confident engaging with people in public settings—this is the role for you!
What the Social Media Production Assistant will be doing:
- Assist in creating high-quality, trend-driven social media content for fashion and beauty campaigns.
- Engage with participants during content shoots and confidently approach members of the public when needed.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends to help shape innovative content ideas.
- Bring your amazing energy and organisational skills to every project.
What The Gloss is looking for:
- Some experience in social media, content production, or a related creative field
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching and speaking to people without any rejection fear
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on set
- A strong visual eye and understanding of what works on social
- Organised and able to work quickly under pressure
- London-based and able to travel to shoots and events at short notice
- A genuine interest in fashion, beauty, fragrance, and culture
