Grove is looking for a Social Media & Talent Executive to join the team in London.

This is a dynamic, forward-facing role for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands digital storytelling, and has strong instincts for talent and influencer culture.  The Social Media & Talent Executive will ll assist with the social media strategy across client accounts and GROVE’s own channels, while playing a key role in VIP and influencer talent management.

Responsibilities of the Social Media & Talent Executive include but are not limited to:

• Execute social media strategy across client accounts and GROVE’s own channels
• Develop creative, platform-native content strategies aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives
• Plan and oversee content calendars across platforms
• Analyse performance metrics and deliver insight-led reporting and optimisation strategies
• Stay ahead of trends and platform updates
• Conceptualise and deliver engaging, high-quality content with internal and external teams
• Source, manage and negotiate with VIPs, influencers and emerging talent alongside wider team
• Lead VIP talent outreach and relationship management
• Track performance and ROI of talent collaborations
• Support wider PR and campaign strategy alongside senior team members
• Contribute to client presentations, proposals, and reports
