We have partnered with a beautiful luxury WW brand , who requires Studio/Atelier Manager .

You will have a background in managing the smooth workflow of beautiful well designed luxurywomenswear collections through the sample room, whilst maintaining critical path and liasing between PD, Design and the atelier.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure fluid workflow of collections , and special projects and VIP , through the sample room a
• Oversee & manage Design Budgets, including booking flights for designers, and ordering for workroom.
• Ensure the accurate and complete process of all technical sketches, fabric selection, finishings and trims information, so that tech files and patterns etc can be delivered against the critical path.
• Ensure all meeting communication is recorder and delivered to all relevant departments .
• - Oversee and organise and coordinate all meetings between departments and outputs.

Key Attributes and Experience:

• Experience in Luxury Womenswear and Designer Brands
• A strong experience in working closely with the creatives and managing their workflow with a comprehensive approach of the 360 business needs to align designers
• Effective relationship management with design and ability to work as part of a team
• Leadership and project management skills to lead the design teams while respecting the creative needs
• Ability to plan, multi-task and work under pressure
