We have an exciting opportunity to support our Photography Team and offer the chance to learn in the dynamic and creative environment of our in-house photography studio and creative department. You’ll gain invaluable exposure to FitFlop Photography activity and be part of a busy, dynamic and passionate team.

Responsibilities

Photography Studio:

• Excellent sample management and organisation - knowing where any product sample would be in our storeroom and being able to grab it quickly for any last-minute photo shoots.
• Keeping all samples associated with The Photography Department, tracked, neat and organised
• Tracking photo samples with the International factories and reporting on their progress
• Working with the photographer to make sure the shoes are shoot ready
• Using internal CMS such as BOX, Smartsheets, Asset Bank, Amplience, and Google Docs (training provided) to report on photography status, organizing and filing images and then publishing images to the website
• Liaising with relevant marketing, studio, and NPD teams to keep up to date with all imagery and campaigns
• Working with Production to assist with shoot production tasks, where necessary

Digital Filing:

• Ensuring all image files are saved and named correctly, working in line with the marketing calendar
• Ensure that all relevant files are uploaded to Box, Asset Bank, Amplience
• Releasing all product images from PSDs to TIFFs, JPEGs and PNGs. Ensure that the Photography server is well maintained and easy to navigate
• Create contact sheets of images
• Providing support to the Creative team in locating and sourcing images
• Ensure all image files are saved and named correctly and that Photography server is well maintained and easy to navigate

The Person:

• You’ll be SUPER organised and someone who loves a to-do list and a spreadsheet!
• Loves shoes! This role involves organising and tracking many samples
• A keen interest in photography
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Bridge
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Confident and calm with a can-do attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Energetic, organised, resourceful and unflappable
• Excellent communication skills
• Interested in AI
