Studio Ellis is an independent British fashion house operating across four brands: Ellis Bridals, KR by Studio Ellis, John Charles, and Maisonel.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented Studio Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the studio across showroom coordination, operations support, sample management, sales support, and trade show preparation.
This is a fast-moving, hands-on role within a growing fashion business and would suit someone who enjoys organisation, variety, problem-solving, and working within a creative environment.
The Studio Coordinator will work closely with operations, customer care, sales, and brand management teams across all four brands.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing British fashion house with exposure across bridal and occasionwear, working closely with multiple departments and brands within the business.
Key Responsibilities of the Studio Coordinator:
- Supporting the day-to-day organisation and running of the studio
- Preparing the showroom for appointments, fittings, buyers, and trade shows
- Managing sample organisation, rails, labelling, garment bags, and stock movement
- Coordinating selling materials for agents and retailers
- Assisting with trade show preparation, logistics, and sample coordination
- Supporting operational administration and workflow coordination
- Assisting with dispatch preparation and general studio logistics
- Maintaining organised trackers, spreadsheets, and studio systems
- Supporting brand management administration
- Assisting with buyer appointments and showroom preparation
- Helping maintain presentation standards across the studio environment
- Supporting the wider team with operational and organisational tasks where required
