About: Soho Fashion Studios is a powerhouse of multi-functional photography companies. We shoot for E-commerce, influencer content, LGBTQ+ makeover shoots, fashion portfolios for models, images for dating profiles and much, much more.

Soho Studios/Pride Studios is looking for an experienced office or studio manager to join our established owner-managed photography company as Studio Manager

The role itself will be varied and present opportunities for the right candidate to really make it their own. We’re looking for someone highly organised who can bring bags of initiative with demonstrable experience in a very similar role in a busy, contract led environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Co-ordinate the studio day-to-day
  • General administration duties
  • Acting as a point of contact to clients, colleagues and as required
  • Overseeing shoots making sure the quality is always top notch
  • Styling and briefing clients
  • Contract management with both suppliers and clients
  • Creating reports and providing information to the senior management team as required
  • Implement protocols and use strong initiative on how to make the workplace streamlined
  • Manage the in-house team & freelancers
  • Manage project procurement
  • HR responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate studio day-to-day
  • Manage logistics and general operations
  • Identify and implement cost-saving systems in the studio
  • Regular reporting on studio costs, forecasting invoices and fee structures
  • Ad hoc administration
  • Timesheet implementation and analysis

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 2 years' management experience
  • Experience working in a busy office and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience dealing with clients and suppliers face to face, over the phone and via correspondence
  • Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, Dropbox, and QuickBooks
  • Strong organisational skills gained in a similar environment
  • High levels of initiative
  • Ability to work at pace with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • A dynamic, self-starter attitude
