About: Coming from both the fashion and hospitality industries, we founded RE.LINE London, a cool, bespoke, design-forward uniform brand....
We cover everything from concept building, design, fabric sourcing, product development and production/supply chain.
We work with a wide range of clients globally, and they are predominantly high-end retailers, hotels and private members' clubs, all of which are incredibly passionate about detail and design.
Reline London is looking for a curious, detail-driven Studio & Production Assistant to join the small, passionate team in Dalston.
This is a varied, hands-on role sitting at the intersection of creative studio operations and garment production — ideal for someone who wants to work in the full lifecycle of a premium clothing collection, from first sample to final delivery.
The successful applicant will be guided and mentored closely, so the right attitude, work ethic, and genuine interest in fashion and production matter more to us than years on a CV.
Responsibilities of the Studio & Production Assistant
Studio:
Support the day-to-day running of the RE.LINE studio, keeping it organised, functional, and guest-ready
Manage sample organisation, garment labelling, and archive upkeep
Assist in coordinating fittings, shoot days and client presentations
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Production:
Assist in tracking samples through the development process, from initial spec to approval
Support communication with suppliers and manufacturing partners, helping to keep critical paths on track
Be present at fittings and quality reviews, updating tech packs and flagging any issues
Help manage stock, deliveries, and inventory records with accuracy and care
Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, including receiving and dispatching production orders and ensuring accurate logging of all shipments
What Reline London is looking for:
Happy to work part-time on administrative tasks to help us grow the brand
Keen to learn and gain an all-round experience across a small business
Proactive and forward-thinking
Willing to get stuck into a range of varied tasks
Comfortable working across both creative and operational tasks in a fast-moving environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
A genuine interest in fashion and garment production
Highly organised with strong attention to detail — you notice when something’s not quite right
A clear and confident communicator, comfortable liaising with suppliers and clients alike
A fashion, textiles, or design-related degree or qualification is not required
Illustrator and Photoshop skills are a plus.
Apparel industry experience is a plus.
