Where does this role fit within Ted's Team?

Working as part of Ted Baker's eCommerce team and answering to Ted's eCommerce Studio Manager you will support the photography studio team and eCommerce Stylists by managing the sample process, shoot preparation and mannequins and studio wardrobe space.

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitor, source and organise all samples for all product photography shoots ensuring clear communication to the wider team.
  • Alert to the wider team when there are launch dates at risk due to outstanding samples.
  • Ensure all product available to checked and scanned in to our Tracker and returns are processed in a timely manner.
  • On request, call in samples for catwalk shoots and 360 photography shoots, providing to relevant agencies and ensuring safe & timely return.
  • Manage and track samples borrowed by other departments and ensure they are returned or transferred when necessary.
  • Keep Trade and Studio Production up to date on any stock issues that will effect launch and the studio schedule.
  • Ensuring that all non-ecommerce samples and props are returned to the relevant departments.
  • Manage the wardrobe storage, ensuring that all products are in the correct area and that unused samples are returned to production properly.
  • Studio and Photography:
    •  Support in the management of the critical path with the eCommerce stylists to ensure all products to be published on the website, are shot on time.
    • Create and maintain a strong working relationship with various teams across the business in supporting them with any requirements related to studio samples.
    • Balance the needs of the business, considering peak trade times, process, catering for departments needs and working far enough in advance to foresee any potential problems.
    • Maintain a neat and efficient studio that provides an optimal workflow.
  • This role requires a good level of Excel knowledge as well are previous experience across all Microsoft platforms, including Sharepoint and AX.
