Racil is looking for a highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented Studio, Social & Operations Assistant to join the team in London.

This is an all-rounder role ideal for someone with a strong interest in fashion and a willingness to get involved across all areas of a growing brand; from studio operations and e-commerce to content, production and founder support.

The successful applicant will work closely with the founder and the team, playing a key role in ensuring the day-to-day running of the business is smooth, efficient and aligned with the brand.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all areas of a fashion business, working closely with the founder and being involved in both the creative and operational sides of the brand.

Key Responsibilities of the Studio, Social & Operations Assistant

Studio & Operations:

• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient studio environment at all times
• Manage stock room organisation and assist with inventory tracking
• Support general day-to-day needs of the team to ensure smooth operations and logistics

E-commerce & Fulfilment:

• Prepare and ship e-commerce orders with care and attention to detail
• Manage returns and exchanges
• Ensure packaging and customer experience meets brand standards

Content & Social Media:

• Support with content creation (shooting simple content, BTS, product shots)
• Manage and schedule IG postings
• Create and format IG stories
• Ensure consistency in tone, layout and visual presentation according to brand book

Photoshoots & Brand Activity:

• Assist with shoot preparation (styling, steaming, packing looks)
• Provide on-set support during shoots
• Help organise samples and logistics before and after shoots
• Create digital invites in line with the brand aesthetic for events, pop-ups/ IG and more

Production & Design Support:

• Assist the production manager with sample tracking, fittings and organisation
• Support preparation of prototypes and collections
• Help monitor sampling progress and basic quality control

Founder Support:

• Assist the founder with ad-hoc tasks as needed (e.g. research, travel coordination, bookings, general administrative support)
• Help ensure priorities are executed efficiently across the business

Design & Technical Support: (this part would be a good addition, but not mandatory)

• Produce and update technical sketches (Adobe Illustrator)
• Assist in maintaining design files and specifications

What Racil is looking for:

• Proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Basic graphic design sensibility (layout, typography, visual balance)
