We have partnered with a global luxury brand who requires a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team to recruit across Head Office.  This is an exceptional opportunity to transfer your recruitment and resourcing skills to a Luxury Global fashion brand within Head Office, and support the team in further developing a dynamic Head Office Team.

The Recruiter will be accountable for recruitment and projects.  This will involve filling open jobs with diverse talent, leading recruitment initiatives, such as assessment days and careers fairs, and developing and streamlining new recruitment tools.

Major Responsibilities include:

  • Writing job descriptions, and advertisements, posting, screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews, reference checks, and drafting offers
  • Building a network of potential candidates through different channels and locations
  • Attending job fairs and working with colleges and universities to generate qualified applicants
  • Brief job requirements and applicants with hiring
  • Work with hiring managers on interviewing best practices.
  • Collaborate with Executive team, hiring managers, and human resources to identify process improvements, performance metrics, and onboarding improvements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' related recruiting experience within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to think strategically
  • Ability to multi-task deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently, but a strong team player
  • Agency or Search firm recruiting experience is highly desirable
  • Exposure to an in-house recruiting environment is highly desirable
