Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded, relationship-driven UK Business Development & Partnerships Manager to support the brand’s growth and market expansion within the UK.
This role will focus primarily on identifying commercial opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, supporting sales channel growth, and strengthening the brand’s local business network. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and relationship management skills, with a solid understanding of the UK fashion and retail landscape.
The position will work closely with external agency and creative partners to support the brand’s broader market presence, while acting as a key liaison between the UK market and the global team.
Key Responsibilities of the Business Development & Partnerships Manager
Sales Channel Development & Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and strategic partnership channels.
Build and maintain relationships with boutiques, buyers, distributors, retail partners, and relevant industry stakeholders.
Support the development of local partnership opportunities, pop-ups, brand collaborations, and business activations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to support commercial decision-making.
Provide regular sales performance and market feedback reports to headquarters.
Local Marketing & Commercial Support:
Support local market initiatives, launches, and partnership activities in coordination with external agencies and brand partners.
Assist with the coordination of local events, retail activations, and commercial campaigns where required.
Support customer and partner engagement through basic CRM and email communication tools.
Ensure local activities are aligned with the brand’s overall positioning and commercial objectives.
Community & Partnership Support:
Support relationship-building initiatives within the local fashion and lifestyle industry.
Assist with coordination for gifting, partnership collaborations, and selected brand initiatives alongside external partners where required.
Support local content gathering and community engagement activities for social platforms.
Maintain awareness of local cultural, retail, and consumer trends relevant to the brand.
Coordination & Market Intelligence:
Act as a liaison between the UK market and the global headquarters to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
Provide regular updates on market developments, competitor movements, and commercial opportunities.
Assist with coordination across partnerships, operational tasks, and local business initiatives where required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
At least 2 years' experience in business development, partnerships, retail, fashion, accessories, or luxury-related industries.
Strong understanding of the UK fashion, retail, and partnership landscape.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Excel, CRM/email communication tools, and standard workplace software.
Native-level English speaker
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
Knowledge of international logistics, cross-border operations, and basic business coordination processes is a plus
