Tagged Resources client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with a proven track record of leadership within the warehouse and distribution Industry.  

Suitable applicants will be leaders with a working knowledge of warehouse operations and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, either in fashion or in a similarly related product-based business.

The Role of Warehouse Manager:

• Overseeing all day-to-day warehouse operations
• Managing, supervising, and motivating warehouse staff
• Ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Implementing and maintaining effective stock control processes
• Conducting regular stock takes and ensuring inventory accuracy
• Optimising warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency
• Ensuring garments are handled and stored to a high standard
• Maintaining health & safety standards and compliance at all times
• Liaising with internal teams regarding stock levels, orders, and deliveries
• Monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement

What Tagged Resources is looking for:

• Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or senior warehouse role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Good IT skills, including experience with stock management systems
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations within a warehouse setting
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
• Forklift licence is a plus
• Experience within clothing, textiles, or retail environments is a plus
