Tagged Resources' client seeks a Warehouse Manager to join the team in Leicestershire. The suitable appointee will be an experienced Warehouse Manager with a proven track record of leadership within the warehouse and distribution Industry. A leader with a working knowledge of warehouse operations, the successful candidate will have worked in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, either in fashion or in a similarly related product-based business.
The role of Warehouse Manager:
Overseeing all day-to-day warehouse operations
Managing, supervising, and motivating warehouse staff
Ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
Implementing and maintaining effective stock control processes
Conducting regular stock takes and ensuring inventory accuracy
Optimising warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency
Ensuring garments are handled and stored to a high standard
Maintaining health & safety standards and compliance at all times
Liaising with internal teams regarding stock levels, orders, and deliveries
Monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement
What Tagged Resources is looking for:
Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or senior warehouse role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Good IT skills, including experience with stock management systems
Knowledge of health & safety regulations within a warehouse setting
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
Forklift licence is a plus
Experience within clothing, textiles, or retail environments a plus
