About: The Place London is an independent multi-brand fashion boutique in the heart of Mayfair, steps from Oxford Street. We offer a carefully curated selection of clothing and accessories for women and men, alongside lifestyle pieces such as writing instruments, vases and diaries.

Our selection brings together designers and heritage houses we genuinely love, including Aspesi, Mii Collection, V de Vinster, Pierre-Louis Mascia, Haikure, Les Filles d'Ailleurs, Simkhai, Rodebjer, ARMA and Leathersmith of London. We sell in store, online through our UK and French websites, and through Farfetch.

The Place London is looking for an organised, curious, proactive Web & Digital Coordinator with a good eye for fashion and care about quality to coordinate online presence across the UK and France.

Based in Mayfair, this hands-on, varied role offers real ownership: coordinating product listings, newsletters, and marketplace content, and helping us grow online sales.

We want someone who thinks like a customer, researches what's possible, and makes it happen.

Key Responsibilities of the Web & Digital Coordinator

Website (Shopify):

  • Upload and publish new products on our UK and Paris Shopify stores
  • Update the site structure, templates and collections, including refreshing collection images each season
  • Set up discounts and run sales
  • Continuously improve the customer experience by anticipating what shoppers want and refining how the site looks, works and feels
  • Monitor the Shop app and Judge.me reviews

Newsletters & Email Marketing (Klaviyo):

  • Plan, create and send weekly newsletters to our UK and FR audiences, from new collections to events and seasonal sales (Klaviyo)
  • Build and refine automated flows in Shopify Messaging/Automation
  • Track performance and share regular reports with the team

Farfetch:

  • Upload selected products to Farfetch and manage their stock levels

Google & Analytics:

  • Manage and monitor Google Analytics, Merchant Centre (UK and FR), Search Console and Business Profile
  • Analyse traffic, conversions and search performance, and produce regular reports with recommendations
  • Support our SEO efforts for both markets

Brand Content & Suppliers:

  • Liaise with suppliers each season to gather images and product information
  • Create brand and product content (descriptions, blog posts, brand stories) in English and, ideally, French, and support our Instagram and Pinterest channels

What The Place London is looking for…

Essential:

  • Experience with Shopify (product management, collections, discounts)
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Strong written English and an eye for detail
  • Comfortable with Photoshop or similar image editing tools
  • Organised, reliable and able to manage several workstreams at once
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and happy to figure things out independently
  • Proactive and consistent, and you take ownership of your work.
  • Enjoy making a small team's online presence stronger, and you're not afraid to suggest improvements.
  • The right to work in the UK.

Beneficial:

  • Fluent French, written and spoken
  • Experience in fashion, luxury or retail
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Merchant Centre and Search Console
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
