Working in a busy Wholesale team. Support showroom management, sample management and in season VM / training. Supporting with all administration related to new business development. Key focus on supporting with sales order uploads and working closely with our customers to help in daily communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and presenting training materials to the stores.
  • Overseeing the VM and liaising with Head of Sales on the product assortment.
  • Reviewing weekly trade.
  • Assisting the account manager to organise market dates for each season and planning customer appointments.
  • Assisting with sample management before each market (samples to send to our global showrooms).
  • Assisting the account manager if customers do not attend the buy to put together a photo pack and send to customers detailing all the trend and product information.
  • Being present in sales appointment in our London showroom, meeting clients and helping with product presentation.
  • Chasing customers for their orders, review and process their buy.
  • Check and save orders, put on the order log and collate a sales figures analysis sheet.
  • Assisting the account manager with customer’s sales figures information.
  • Liaising with customers on a regular basis via phone and email, dealing with any queries they may have.
  • Having regular meetings with the wholesale merchandising and logistics teams so that we can ensure that there are no delivery issues with any accounts. If there are any issues we will look to resolve, for example doing stock swaps with retail.
  • Assisting the account manager in liaising with press and marketing to ensure they are aware of new account openings as well as making sure they are in regular contact with existing accounts.
  • Creating databases for Press and Marketing to ensure they maximise coverage of all styles bought and adjust according to specific market/region.
  • Creating weekly communications pack that details all retail sales info, messages to customers, possible new sales opportunities, press edits and celebrity placements.
  • Completion of all admin required for customers. This includes product attributes, EANs, POCs, Online Product forms etc.
  • Management of samples for all customers. Ensuring these are ordered and ready for the customers for their deadlines.
  • Communication of any product changes to our customers to ensure they have the most up to date information.
