We are looking for a passionate Wholesale Administrator to help continue driving Skinnydip forward! The role is based at our Head Office in Camden, London, and the ideal candidate will need to be highly organised and ready to support our growing wholesale team. If you are a driven and motivated individual up for the challenge of working within a rapidly growing lifestyle style brand, then this is the role for you.


  • Responsibility in supporting the Account Managers in helping to maintain existing relationships with key retail partners such as ASOS, Superdrug, Boots, TK Maxx and Primark.
  • Raising new Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
  • Setting up new products/suppliers on our retail system.
  • Proactively follow up orders weekly on the critical path to ensure goods arrive in our warehouse on time.
  • Liaising with our warehouse to send out orders to retail customers on time.
  • Arranging samples that come in and sending them back out to customers.
  • Stock sheet – to keep up to date with any dead stock in our warehouse.
  • Invoicing to ensure clients are paying in a timely manner.
  • Assist the team with any additional tasks to ensure timely production and delivery of all orders.

What we need from you?

  • Highly Driven and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work on an individual level as well as a team environment.
  • Proactive with problem solving skills.
  • Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve.
  • A degree of entrepreneurialism.
  • Predominately office based role.
