BL^NK is a fashion company which has been founded over 20 years ago.

We have 2 in house labels, BL^NK and CONDITIONS APPLY and are working with customers in over 30 countries across Europe, US and Asia.

We are a dynamic and friendly bunch, with an office based in the trendy Shoreditch, and are looking for someone to join the team.

The Wholesale Assistant will play a key role in assisting directly the Wholesale Manager and sales team in various sales and administration tasks.

Some of your key tasks would be:

  • Supporting the Manager at meetings, meeting preparation and meeting analysis
  • Answering incoming phone calls and redirecting them to the relevant person in the organisation
  • Keeping all computerised records up to date.
  • Stockroom duties
  • Compiling Excel spreadsheets using raw data provided to create seasonal reports and analysis
  • Entering and processing orders
  • Customer service: dealing with queries on product, orders, return and stock.
  • Issuing invoices and credit notes and updating customer records on Sage50 (training for the software on-site)
  • Prepare sample presentation/sample sales when needed
  • Support the sales team at trade shows and meetings in the showroom
  • Attending to Fashion trade shows and interact with the buyers
  • Any other ad hoc tasks

Additionally, you will have wide exposure to other key administration responsibilities within a dynamic, fluid and quickly growing business.
