ODD Agency is looking for a full-time Wholesale Assistant to support two of our luxury resortwear and ready-to-wear brands across London, New York, and Paris fashion weeks. 

What you’ll do:

• Build & maintain linesheets on JOOR; update lookbooks, pricing, and PO trackers
• Support sell-through: appointment scheduling, diary management, and buyer follow-ups
• Enter orders with zero-error accuracy; keep CRM and weekly reports spotless
• Assist in market: host appointments, take notes, and recap orders

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in wholesale/showroom/brand sales support (intern-level counts)
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills;
• Impeccable organisation, calm under pressure, and a “get-it-done” mindset
• Confident communicator with buyers and internal teams; strong written English

Desirable:

• Spanish/French language skills
• Basic Adobe/Canva skills
• A love for luxury resortwear
• JOOR experience
