The Asset Edit seeks an experienced Wholesale & Brand Partnerships Consultant to join the team in London in a hands-on, execution-focused role involving direct outreach, relationship-building, and securing wholesale opportunities for multiple fashion clients.

In this part-time role, the successful applicant will lead outreach and relationship development with UK and international buyers, retailers, and stockists across a portfolio of client brands.

Key Responsibilities of the Wholesale & Brand Partnerships Consultant

• Identify and approach UK and international buyers, retailers, and stockists on behalf of multiple client brands
• Lead outreach campaigns to secure wholesale meetings and new retail accounts
• Build and manage pipelines of commercial opportunities across different brands
• Maintain ongoing communication and follow-ups with retail contacts
• Track outreach activity, responses, and conversions across clients
• Work closely with the consultancy team to align outreach strategy per brand
• Support the growth of client brands through structured wholesale expansion

What The Asset Edit is looking for:

• Agency or brand side experience in fashion wholesale, partnerships, or business development
• Strong understanding of retail buyers and wholesale processes
• Ability to represent multiple brands professionally and consistently
• Confident in high-volume outreach and relationship building
• Highly organised with pipeline and CRM-style tracking
• Results-driven with a focus on conversions (not just outreach activity)

Pay Structure:

• £750 monthly retainer
• 4% commission on the first confirmed wholesale order per new placement secured
• 2% commission on agreed recurring sales for 6–12 months from accounts they directly secured
