Job purpose:

To support the planning and product strategies for the Full Price Global business, working in collaboration with Sales, Buying and Finance.

Main responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Taking direction from the Merchandiser, support the implementation of annual and seasonal strategies for the Full Price business, including product range, pricing, analysis and general planning.
  • Assist in the forecasting process for seasonal planning.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the Wholesale IT system, processing seasonal product updates and utilising reporting tools to ensure accurate information can be shared with the business.
  • Assist with the compilation of the seasonal collection notes, buying guides, price lists & other merchandising collateral as required.
  • Support in the collation of market feedback, pre / during / post market to help inform the Full Price business decision making going forward.
  • Working cross-functionally with the Buying and Sales teams, feeding data to the Supply Chain team as required.
  • At market closure, assist in the analysis of the department orderbook and raise POs to cover sales and strategic stock buys as required. Responsible for sending supplier PO’s and tracking all intake dates.
  • Undertake general administration duties, as required by the department.Key performance indicatorsAccurate data provision.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Previous admin experience within a Wholesale Team is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
