As a Merchandise Planning Admin Assistant you will;

  • Ensure all stock is accurately reserved per wholesale partner, ensuring correct dispatch to store / location and for the correct date in line with plans which have taken into consideration delivery date, pre-retailing, transit times and ideal launch date to store
  • Set up the allocation process collating orders for the whole season and update relevant files when necessary

Purchasing and Repeat orders:

  • Use PLM system and Master Data to check that orders are raised in line with option planner

Critical path/ Deliveries:

  • Keeps up-to-date with status of deliveries
  • Monitor delays, ensure information and systems updated and any issues are escalated
  • Attend critical path meetings when required
  • Liaise with warehouse regarding daily/weekly allocation, replenishment and dispatch

Stock Management:

  • Accurately dispatch stock to partners in line with plans
  • Replenish sales in line with Partner requirements
  • Monitor stock levels in DC and flag any concerns
  • Analyse product performance to support trading decisions
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise sales
  • Summarising weekly launches and dispatches and feeding back to team any concerns


  • Compiling weekly bestsellers lists
  • Assist in analysis
  • Assist in weekly and ad hoc trade packs
  • General admin required to ensure all information is up to date


  • Supporting the team with regular communication and feedback
  • Liaise across other areas of the business such as product teams, partners and both warehouses
  • Build relationship with Boden partners
  • Stock requests and queries from partners
