Ted Baker is looking for a Wholesale Photography & Creative Assistant to join the team in London.

Key Responsibilities of the Wholesale Photography & Creative Assistant:

• Shoot our wholesale product stills (flat lays) in-house each season.
• Upload all imagery to relevant content management platforms and brand portals.
• Assist with writing product copy across each season.
• Support with our B2B selling platform to ensure all product is displayed to a premium standard (experience with NuOrder, Brandboom or Joor would be good but not necessary as training will be provided).
• Support with day‑to‑day wholesale marketing operations and shoot preparation.
• Uphold and communicate expectations around photoshoot standards for our different wholesale partners.
• Maintain detailed and up to date records of all sample movements and ensure database accuracy monitoring movement of items using excel / google docs.
• Maintain a tidy, organised fashion cupboard.
• Assist with showroom setup, unpacking and visual merchandising.
• Organise logistics for samples to shoots, press call outs and wholesale partner requests.

What Ted Baker is looking for:

• At least 1 year's experience in the fashion industry or similar.
• Good understanding of photography – able to work a professional camera without assistance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experienced in managing client relationships.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience working with AI assisted imagery is a plus
