Self Service, a leading contemporary fashion agency and distributor, is looking for a proactive, confident Wholesale Sales Executive to join the central London office.

Working closely with our Wholesale Director, the Wholesale Sales Executive will grow and manage a portfolio of European accounts, playing a key role in how our brands are sold into the market each season.  This role suits an energetic, personable and organised individual with at least one year's experience in fashion wholesale, who's ready to take ownership of client relationships and sales performance.

What the Wholesale Sales Executive will do:

• Build and manage the seasonal sales diary — securing client appointments by phone and email, and keeping all stakeholders updated on bookings and changes
• Develop a strong working knowledge of each season's collections, selling them to their full potential
• Identify, prospect and secure the right clients for each brand
• Manage order processing via Zedonk amongst others, including uploading data, checking and sending order confirmations to clients
• Maintain clear, timely and accurate communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Liaise with agents and distributors to ensure they have the right sales tools and are aware of order deadlines
• Maintain and grow the A–Z client database, generating new prospect lists and identifying new client opportunities
• Support the team with product and sales reporting
• Help prepare materials and kits for sales appointments
• Active prospect and field trips to clients
• Store training and merch.
• Any marketing activities to support the brand's sales and sell-out in stores.

What Self Service is looking for:

• At least one year's experience in fashion wholesale
• Personable, confident and positive — a genuine can-do attitude
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Solid admin skills and confidence working under deadline pressure
• Competent in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities accurately and on time
• Well presented, with strong interpersonal skills — polite, friendly and hard-working
• Knowledge of the contemporary fashion market and one or more European languages is an advantage
