About: Palladio Associates is a multi-branded wholesale fashion showroom selling contemporary womenswear and menswear collections to a large number of UK and Irish fashion stores.

Palladio Associates is looking for a Women's Wholesale Sales Executive to join the team in central London.

The role of Wholesale Sales Executive

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role covering the full wholesale sales cycle — from showroom appointments and account management through to post-season follow-up and ongoing business development.  It is a fast-paced, varied position suited to someone who takes pride in detail, communicates with confidence, and is capable of building both new and existing relationships.

What the Wholesale Sales Executive will do:

  • Manage several key showroom brands, including securing appointments, calendar coordination, order-taking, follow-ups, administration, and end-of-season reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale accounts
  • Attend brand presentations and seasonal sales meetings
  • Conduct store visits and maintain customer relationships
  • Research, prospect, and onboard new stockists across the UK and Ireland
  • Support sample management, including tracking, logistics, and showroom organisation
  • Maintain and update sales trackers, customer data, and reporting tools

What Palladio Associates is looking for:

  • Experience in fashion wholesale, showroom environments, or B2B sales or transferable experience from retail, buying, merchandising, or visual merchandising, with strong commercial awareness
  • Confident communicator with a professional, relationship-led approach
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of product, pricing, and customer positioning
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, team-oriented, and reliable during busy showroom periods
  • Strong Excel and/or Google Workspace skills
  • Full driving licence
  • Understanding of wholesale platforms such as JOOR or similar is a plus
