Resolis is a contemporary London womenswear brand with a slow fashion ethos, developing print-led collections focused on considered design and quality construction. We are looking for a talented and motivated Womenswear Designer to join us at an exciting stage of the brand's development as we move toward our debut collection launch.

This is a hands-on role working closely with the founder across all areas of the design process — from initial concept and research through to print development, garment design, sampling, and production. You will have real ownership and creative input, contributing to a brand that takes design seriously at every stage.

Working directly with the creative lead on seasonal collection development, the Womenswear Designer will be involved in:

• Concept research and mood development
• Print and surface design
• Garment design and flat sketch production
• Fabric and trim sourcing
• Tech pack preparation
• Sample management
• Fitting and supplier correspondence.

What Resolis is looking for:

• A designer with a genuine passion for considered, print-led womenswear.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical skills across garment construction and product development.
• A good eye for print and colour.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO3D is a plus.
• A background in woven garment construction is a plus.
