Overview

The Merchandising Admin Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning and trading of Boden's ranges, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time.  Working closely with Merchandisers and the wider Product team, the successful applicant will help manage purchase orders, maintain accurate data, and support trade reporting that drives commercial decisions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a retail environment, developing both your analytical and commercial skills while building a strong foundation for a career in merchandising.

Location: 3-4 days per week at our North Acton office, the rest WFH.

What the Merchandising Admin Assistant will do:

  • Managing the purchase order process, ensuring timely approvals and updates
  • Monitoring stock intake and flagging variances against plans
  • Producing weekly stock availability reports
  • Supporting Monday trade meetings with accurate and timely data
  • Maintain high data integrity across multiple internal systems, acting as a key guardian of product accuracy
